Christian men’s training, mentoring and coaching
The short answer
The BraveHeart Men is a Christian men’s training community and 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We train men of God through the BraveHeart Intensive, a free Brotherhood, weekly Man Talk Monday talks and Excursions. Everything we do serves one aim: helping you know yourself, live your purpose and lead your world.
A men’s transformation program: the BraveHeart Intensive
The BraveHeart Intensive is our core training. It’s a guided process with God and a small group of men, built on four pillars: identity, mission, values and shadow mission. It runs as a four-day retreat, an in-person course, a virtual course or a series of half-day workshops.
A men’s discipleship community: the Brotherhood
The BraveHeart Brotherhood is free to join. It’s a community of men committed to becoming the whole men God created them to be, with training and tools for your identity as a man and a follower of Jesus.

Know yourself. Live your purpose. Lead your world.
Personal growth every week: Man Talk Monday
Man Talk Monday is a short talk from a BraveHeart leader every week, on identity, marriage, fatherhood, work and walking with God. Our guides for men gather that teaching by topic.
Christian men’s mentoring
Mentoring is one of the fastest ways to grow, and it happens through real relationships. Connecting men with other men is part of the heart of BraveHeart. Nicholas Sowell’s advice is to find men who have gone where you want to go, honor their time, and ask how they got there.
“My wisdom and experience is still limited, and I need the wisdom and experience of others.”Nicholas Sowell
Men’s coaching
At BraveHeart events, our leaders are facilitators. They don’t bring you the answers. They make a space where you can have a real conversation with your Creator, confirmed by the brothers around you.
If you want one-on-one coaching, BraveHeart founder Michael Warden has coached full time since 2003, working with men and leaders on identity, purpose and mission.
Men’s leadership development
Leading well starts with knowing who you are. Our creed runs in that order: know yourself, live your purpose, lead your world. Michael built the BraveHeart Intensive after years of coaching pastors and leaders who were burned out, overwhelmed and struggling to hear God’s voice.
If you lead a men’s group, church staff or leadership team, we can bring a BraveHeart Intensive to your group of 6 to 18 men.

8:33Questions men ask
What is the best way to start growing as a Christian man?
Start with one honest step. Join the free BraveHeart Brotherhood, watch Man Talk Monday, and give God 15 quiet minutes each morning. When you’re ready to go further, apply for the BraveHeart Intensive.
What’s the difference between a mentor, a coach and a facilitator?
A mentor is someone ahead of you who shares what they’ve learned. A coach works with you one on one toward what you want to create. A BraveHeart facilitator holds the space for a man to hear from God himself, with his brothers confirming it.
Who is BraveHeart for?
Any man who follows Jesus and wants to know who he really is and what God made him to do. BraveHeart isn’t a Bible study or a contest to see who’s most manly.
Can my church or men’s group do this together?
Yes. A bespoke BraveHeart Intensive is available for groups of 6 to 18 men. Contact us to talk it through.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Join a free brotherhood of men on the same path, or go all the way in at the BraveHeart Intensive.
