Our Captain: Travis Shepard
A native Texan, Travis loves building relationships and advancing the kingdom of God. He has led small groups of Special Operators in global, austere environments; and is learning to play the bagpipes and piano. A dad with two daughters (beautifully hard season of hormones), his favorite movies are Lonesome Dove and Braveheart. With any free time, he loves to Captain sailing trips in the British Virgin Islands and watch people become familiar and in-love with the ocean.

Michael and Kristina have nearly 40 years of combined experience and training in coaching relationships of all kinds—from marriages, to family systems, to leadership teams of both small and large organizations. Their proprietary developmental approach to personal and relational thriving has transformed the lives of hundreds of individuals, couples, and teams over the last 15 years.
